We’re a dedicated, passionate and innovative company of team challenge designers, with over 10 years experience in the marketplace.
Before Northstar, we were designing and implementing corporate challenge events all over the world (Europe, Asia, Africa, North & South America), and for many of the worlds leading organisations including Microsoft, CISCO, BT, Airbus, Vodafone, FORTIS, Sainsbury’s and Accenture.
We loved what we did so much, we set up our own company and Northstar was born in September 2008. Since then, we’ve launched our very own annual UK event called the Great Escape Challenge, specifically designed for business teams. This is rapidly becoming the UK’s largest inter-business team development event and proudly won the ‘Teambuilding Event of the Year’ National Event Awards.
We’re also working alongside other organisations and companies, committed to giving their employees, clients and business partners a teambuilding experience way beyond their expectations.
